These unisex heavy cotton t-shirts are the basic staple of any wardrobe. It is the foundation upon which casual fashion grows. The specially spun fibres provide a smooth surface for premium printing applications, providing a vivid and sharp finished product.
Twill tape is included in the shoulders for improved durability, to reduce stretching, and increase the stability in the back of the garment.
There are no side seams. T-shirts are knitted in one piece using a tubular knit, reducing fabric wastage, with the added benefits of a more attractive garment look, and no itchy interruptions under the arms.
The collar is made with ribbed knitting to prevent curling damage whilst also retaining shape, and keeps it highly elastic.
Specially spun fibres make for a very durable and smooth fabric on the final product.
Solid colours are 100% cotton.
Heather colours are 50% cotton, 50% polyester.
Sport Grey and Antique colours are 90% cotton, 10% polyester.
Ash is 99% cotton, 1% polyester.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Non-chlorine: bleach as needed.
Tumble dry: medium heat.
Do not iron.
Do not dryclean.
Machine wash: warm (max 40C or 105F).

 

Technology & Inks
The Print Bar currently runs Kornit printers. They create vibrant, retail-quality, soft-to-touch DTG prints using water-based NeoPigment™ inks, which are non-hazardous, non-toxic and biodegradable. They have purpose-built processes to ensure each customer journey is smooth from order to fulfilment.
Quality control
Internal Quality Control is performed using both physical and sampling techniques. Each product is checked multiple times throughout the entire process, from selection to printing, packaging, and shipping.
Packaging control
The products are shipped in a plant-based, home-compostable satchel. Packages are tightly secured providing excellent protection during shipments.
