End-User Licence Agreement (EULA)

Bulk Product Variations - Pro Edition

1. Grant of Licence

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Jays n Dees (“Licensor”) grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Bulk Product Variations – Pro Edition Chrome extension (“Software”), solely for your personal or internal business purposes.

2. Restrictions

You may not:
* Redistribute, sublicence, rent, lease, lend, or otherwise transfer the Software to any third party.
* Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive source code from the Software.
* Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in the Software.
* Use the Software to provide services to third parties (e.g., a hosted “bulk-variations” API) without the express written consent of Licensor.

3a. Lite-Edition Feature Limitations

The Lite Edition is feature-restricted:
* Templates: Limited to a single, unnamed template.
* Product Attributes: A number of attribute selectors are unavailable in the Lite Edition.
* Activations: Single-device activation.
* Support: Community-only support via the public issue tracker (no guaranteed response time). To unlock multi-template, multi-device support, please upgrade to our Standard or Ultimate editions.

3b. Standard-Edition Feature Limitations

The Standard Edition is feature-restricted:
* Templates: Limited to a single, unnamed template.
* Activations: Single-device activation.
* Support: Community-only support via the public issue tracker (no guaranteed response time).

3c. Ultimate-Edition Feature Limitations

The Ultimate Edition is not feature-restricted:
* * Templates: Up to 10 templates available via Template Management.
* Activations: Up to 4 devices may be activated using the Licence Key.
* Support: Support available via contact email or Contact Form (usually within 48hrs).

4. Updates & Upgrades

Licensor may from time to time provide bug fixes, patches, updates, or new versions (“Updates”). You agree to accept and install Updates automatically.
Major version upgrades (e.g. v2.0.0 and beyond) may require a new licence; ALL licence types remain valid only through the current major version series (1.x.x).

5. Ownership & Proprietary Rights

The Software is licenced, not sold. All title, ownership, and intellectual property rights in and to the Software (including any Updates) remain with Licensor and its licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6. Termination

This licence is effective until terminated. Without prejudice to any other rights, Licensor may terminate this licence immediately if you materially breach any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must uninstall and permanently delete all copies of the Software.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. LICENSOR’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THIS SOFTWARE (IF ANY), OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (USD 100), WHICHEVER IS LOWER.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising under or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.

10. Entire Agreement

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Licensor regarding the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, or representations, whether oral or written.
