Getting Started
After installing the extension, open your WooCommerce product edit screen.
Click the Bulk Variations icon in your toolbar to open the popup.

Clicking the About button will provide you with extension version information, along with Our contact information.

Click the Open Variations button to switch to the Variations panel.
Once there, its label changes to Expand Variations.
Clicking it again will expand all variation rows on the current page.
If this button ever looks like this ... it means the page / session is stale, or you are not on a WooCommerce page.
You will need to refresh the page to continue. You can do this by using our handy Reload button.

Sometimes, a page can become stale before being able to interact with it.
The best signal of this, is when the Open/Expand Variations button shows 3 dots (...) instead of text.
Fortunately, you can quickly and easily Reload the page content by clicking on the Reload button.
This will sync up the extension and the page.

After expanding, click Run Bulk Update to apply your configured templates across every variation
on the current page. The extension will automatically save the changes for you.

If everything is looking perfect at this point, and you do not need to go back and modify your Template at all,
now is the time to click this button to lock in your inputs for the current working page.
The extension takes care of making sure all the data is saved correctly to each item on the current page.
Once it is done, you can move to the Next Page, as discussed below.

Use Previous Page and Next Page to step through multiple pages of variations without closing the popup.
The Open/Expand button remains set to Expand Variations once you’ve opened the panel.

Click Open Settings to configure which fields to edit, description templates, garment types, and more.
Don’t forget to Save your changes before running a bulk update.

The Settings Page is where all of the Template setup is completed.
Each part will be broken down now.
This section is where you can select and deselect the components that will form part of your final Template.
This Ultimate Edition ONLY section allows the management of up to 10 different templates.
You can set your product branding texts here.
This part is where you set actual data for the Fields to Modify that were selected from above.
Many different garment forms can be showcased into the final template here.
Override texts can be entered to further enhance the final written template.
Choose between a wide range of various Types and Subtypes for your particular garment.
Here is where you further enhance your product description with extra details relating to the garment occasion, style, text(s), images, etc.
The possibilities for this section are (almost) endless.
The Description Builder and Live Preview components are only available when using the Standard Edition or Ultimate Edition Licences.
You have the ability to completely customise the Final Output of the Template here.
You can alter the order and positioning of Fields, as well as add or remove Fields.
The Final Output will always be reflected in the Live Preview, as mentioned next.
You cannot change anything here. Instead, this area serves the purpose of showing exactly what will be inserted into every Variable Item Description, alongside the already configured Fields to Modify above.
This part of the Final Output is exactly what is built (or left alone) in the above Description Builder.
For Ultimate Licence holders, this button may seem a bit confusing at first - there is a save button in the templates section too! The Save button in the Variation Templates section is only for saving our current configuration as a Template of our name chosen.
The Save button here at the bottom of the window is the only one that will apply the chosen settings as a global configuration that the Bulk Update and Apply and Save Changes! buttons can function with.
We use this button to allow our Settings to 'stick' to what we wish to apply to our Variable Products.

A valid licence key - Standard or Ultimate - will be required for full functionality when running in Lite Mode.
Simply select 'jaysndees.com' from the dropdown, then click the BUY NOW! button.
A new tab will open in your browser where you can proceed to choosing your licence type, and paying.
We use Paypal as our payment gateway, so all details are secure and not obtained by jaysndees.com.
Once your order is processing, you will receive your licence key both onscreen, and also delivered to your email address.
Enter those details (copy and paste is best) correctly and then click the Activate button.
Once activated, you will be able to enjoy the benefits of your chosen licence.
