Shipping and Delivery Policy

Please carefully review our Shipping and Delivery Policy when purchasing products from our e-Store. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

Updates to this policy are reflected by the date shown in the Last updated component above. Please always ensure that you are aware of any updated content.

Order Processing Times:
All orders are processed and ready for shipment within 1-4 business days. There is no shipments or deliveries of orders on holidays or weekends.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS?

At jaysndees, most cases the shipping is performed via a third-party supplier, who also manages our inventory. As such, they will be responsible for manufacturing and shipping your products. It is for this reason that we are unable to provide any sorts of refunds for products and return shipping costs, even if a customer refuses an order, attempts to ship it back requesting a refund, or has ordered the wrong size, color, or even simply changed their mind.

Sanitisation & sterilisation (jaysndees / hooking.away.my.anxiety -manufactured items)
For any product that is manufactured, packaged or labelled under the jaysndees name and which is to be dispatched by post, courier, or collected in person, jaysndees has a formal duty to ensure that all shipment items are sanitised and, where appropriate, sterilised prior to handover to the carrier or release for local pickup. Sanitisation and sterilisation are performed as part of our standard fulfilment process and are completed before items are boxed, sealed and dispatched or made available for collection.

These measures are carried out using approved methods and equipment, which may include the controlled use of authorised chemical disinfectants and UV light systems operated by trained personnel, and are implemented in accordance with applicable Australian workplace health and safety (WHS) and public health guidance. These measures are intended to reduce microbial contamination prior to shipping or collection.

Please note:

If you require further information or documentation about our sanitisation and sterilisation procedures for a particular order (for example for medical or institutional procurement), please contact our support team at admin@jaysndees.com and we will provide available details, certificates or supporting documentation where appropriate and lawful.

While we take reasonable steps to sanitise and sterilise jaysndees-manufactured items prior to dispatch or pickup, this does not guarantee absolute sterility. jaysndees cannot accept liability for contamination occurring after the item has left our facility, during transit, or following delivery/collection.

Returned items may be subject to quarantine, additional sanitisation, remedial treatment or safe disposal at our discretion; any costs incurred as a result of returned-item handling (including return postage, storage, sanitisation or disposal) may be charged to the customer.

Free Shipping

We have enabled Free Shipping Australia Wide for all products on our e-Store.
Orders are usually received by a customer from 3 to 15 days after placing an order via successful checkout.

Shipping Fees

As we only ship items to residents of Australia, there are no shipping fees, except in the instance of Exchanges.


For any order where we receive tracking information, we will provide an email correspondence with those particular details.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

Our e-Store offers only Australia-wide shipping services at this time. If you are an international customer, please contact us and we will try to establish a suitable arrangement.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

For some orders, due to the size, weight, or similar, there may only be limited shipping options available for certain items.

Shipping estimates given are counted as business days (Mon-Fri).

SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES

Due to the number of different carriers available, and the limitations that some have with shipping to P.O. Boxes, the onus is entirely on the customer to check if their postal carriers support such deliveries.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will inform you as soon as possible and will also advise you of a revised estimate date for delivery.
